Buffer Time Is Everything
Add 15 minutes of buffer after every major transition. Photos always take longer than planned. Group shots are the biggest time thief — allocate 5 minutes per group and stick to it. Brief your photographer and MC the day before so everyone knows the plan.
Share Your Timeline
Give a copy to: your photographer, videographer, band/DJ, venue coordinator, caterer, best man, chief bridesmaid, and both sets of parents. Everyone should know when they’re needed and where.
