Three simple steps

Chasing replies, without chasing anyone.

Skip the spreadsheet and the “did you get my message?” texts. One QR does the collecting; PlanWed does the tracking.

1

Publish your wedding page

PlanWed creates a private guest page with your RSVP form and gives you one ready-to-share QR code.

2

Print or share the code

Put it on invitations, save-the-dates, or table cards — or drop the link in your guest chat. One code works for everyone.

3

Watch responses roll in

Guests find themselves by name and reply. Accepts, declines, meals and plus-ones update your guest list automatically.

Why couples switch to a QR

No email? No problem.

Most couples have a guest list of names, not inboxes. A shared RSVP QR means every guest can reply by looking themselves up — no email invitation required — while you still see every response in one place.

Household & plus-one replies

One guest can RSVP for their whole party — each person’s meal and attendance captured in a single reply.

More than a QR generator

An RSVP flow that keeps the whole day organised.

🍽️

Meals captured at RSVP

Guests pick their meal when they reply, so your caterer numbers are ready without a second round of messages.

Deadline-aware reminders

See who hasn’t replied and nudge only them before the deadline — then close RSVPs cleanly when it passes.

🪑

Straight into seating

Accepted guests flow into the seating chart and the guest-facing seat finder — the same wedding page, no re-entry.

Questions couples ask

Wedding RSVP QR FAQ

Do guests need to install PlanWed to RSVP?

No. The QR opens a mobile web RSVP form. Guests do not need the app or a PlanWed account.

Do I need my guests’ email addresses?

No. Guests type their name on the RSVP page and it looks them up on your list. A single shared QR works for everyone — no personal email links required. You can still send email invitations if you prefer.

Can I print the RSVP QR on invitations?

Yes. Add it to printed invitations, save-the-dates, or reception table cards. The same code also works as a shareable link.

Can guests choose a meal and RSVP for their family?

Yes. The form can collect meal choices, dietary needs, and responses for a whole household or plus-one in a single reply.

Is the RSVP QR free?

Publishing a Guest Hub with RSVP is free. Premium and the Wedding Pass add extras like guest photo albums and hidden branding.

Put your RSVP on one code before the invitations go out.

Publish your wedding page, print the QR, and let every guest reply in seconds — meals, plus-ones and all.
