How to Invite Your Partner to Join the Wedding Planning

PlanWed Premium offers a unique feature – invite your partner and plan your wedding together. Below, you'll find a tutorial on how to use this feature.

Start from the Settings screen and scroll to the 'Invite Your Partner' button.

After clicking the 'Invite Your Partner' button, continue with these steps:

• Enter your partner's email.

• Click the 'Share the Code' button.

• Send it to your partner.

If you did mistake or want to enter another email, open 'Invite your Partner' button again, click on 'Create a New Invite' and enter your partners email. That's it on your end!

Now, let's move on to what your partner needs to do next.

• The partner needs to open the app.

• Tap the 'Join' button.

• Enter the code received from the owner of the wedding planning account.

Important: the code will only work if the partner logs in with the same email address to which the invitation was sent. Once you click the ‘Join’ button, the screen will show which email address you are logged in with.

Once joined, the partner can not only view all wedding details but also add tasks and guests, edit budget items, and collaborate on all other planning activities.
