How do I get started?

Download the application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and sign in with your Google or Apple account. You can create your business profile as the next step or do it later.

Why my profile is not visible for customers?

To make your profile visible to users, click the "Enable Store Listing" button and wait for your profile to be approved by the PlanWed team. If any updates are required, you will receive an email from PlanWed in your mailbox.

Can I add my own package?

f you didn't find it in the created templates, you can create your package. Go to 'packages" > press "plus" sign in the corner > choose "other" from the packages list > write your own title and press done.

Which countries can vendors register from?

The Vendors feature is available only in Lithuania.

How to view your profile as a user?

Click "Preview" in the bottom navigation bar.

What is the cost of creating your profile in PlanWed Pro?

There is no fee for creating a business profile on PlanWed Pro.

Where can I see users requests of my services?

All requests will be visible in your provided mailbox, so you can continue the conversation by yourself.
