You agree to use PlanWed only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress to any other user
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services
• Posting any material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others

The content on this website and within the PlanWed applications, including without limitation, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features ("Content"), is owned by MB Chat Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from our services without the express written consent of MB Chat Studios, except as provided in these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Some features of PlanWed require premium access, available as a subscription or as a one-time Wedding Pass (valid for 24 months from purchase). Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription fees are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and you agree to their respective terms and conditions for payment.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with advance notice provided to current subscribers.

Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content you post to the services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the services. You retain any and all rights to any User Content you submit and are responsible for protecting those rights.

MB Chat Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
