Black tie optional. Think elegant and timeless — linen suits and floral maxi dresses are perfect for the Tuscan setting.

Please avoid white or ivory. 🙏

The ceremony is outdoors on gravel, so we'd suggest ladies avoid very thin heels.

Florence is best reached via Florence Peretola Airport (FLR) or Pisa International Airport (PSA).

From FLR: 15 min by taxi (~€15)
From PSA: 60 min by train to Santa Maria Novella, then taxi (~€15)

We recommend arriving the evening before and exploring the city. Florence is magical at night! 🌙

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Villa La Vedetta has free parking for all guests. Follow the signs to Parcheggio Villa on arrival. We recommend carpooling from the city as parking is limited to 40 cars.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We have a dedicated kids corner with activities and a babysitter on site for little ones under 10. Just let us know on your RSVP so we can plan ahead.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Our caterer can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergies. Please mention this on your RSVP form.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The ceremony will be held in the villa's garden or the indoor orangery depending on the weather — either way it will be beautiful! We'll send a final update 48 hours before.
